Deana C. Proctor, 76, Harrisburg, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 20, 2022.
Born April 20, 1946 in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late William D. Williams and Demetrice Barbour, and was also preceded in death by her grandson, David Elliott, sisters, Rachel Broadnex and Patricia Barbour; and her brothers, Lewis Barbour, Virgil Barbour and William Boyd Barbour.
Deana was retired from PennDOT and Polyclinic Hospital. She was a member of Love Church in Steelton.
In her spare time, she enjoyed bingo, Sudoku, crossword books, and reading, especially Terri McMillian and Danielle Steele.
