A retired Van Driver from Rohrer Bus Lines. he had previously worked for AMP/TYCO, York Hospital, and the Foundry throughout his illustrious career.
He was a member of the Camp Hill Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mechanicsburg.
Timothy completed his education at Northeastern High School in Manchester and went on to study drafting in college. His passion for architecture and drafting guided him throughout his life, making him a meticulous and precise individual. In addition to his professional endeavors, Timothy showcased a myriad of admirable qualities. He was well-known among his inner circle for being a jokester, always ready to bring laughter into any situation. Moreover, he possessed an uncanny ability to excel in various fields due to his Jack-of-all-trades nature.
While Timothy was a private person by nature, he held a special place in his heart for the hobbies and interests that brought him joy outside of work. Fishing was one pastime that allowed him to connect with nature and find tranquility; however, after an unpleasant experience on a charter boat in Florida where he experienced seasickness, he preferred shore fishing over venturing out on the open water on a boat. His artwork fueled Timothy's creativity and provided an outlet for self-expression. Additionally, he kept himself busy with tending to his vegetable garden which provided surplus produce to those in need, engaging in yard work, and immersing himself in the captivating world of mysteries through reading.
Timothy cherished the bonds he shared with his family and friends dearly. He leaves behind a loving legacy survived by his wife of over 38 years: Robin L. (Loper) Boeckel, his son: Paul M. Boeckel and his wife, Valorie; his brother: John Boeckel and his wife, Diane; and his sister: Martha Kauffman and her husband, James. Timothy's other surviving family members include numerous nieces and nephews, and many other relatives who held a special place in his life.
