Foxwell
, (aka Bald Eagle), age 39, Lower Paxton Township, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Hershey Medical Center following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born July 4, 1974 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Weldon Foxwell and Connie (Wadding)
McCafferty
. Dan was a graduate of
Joppatowne
High School and Clarion University and was a Survey Technician for Susquehanna Civil, Inc.
He was a valued member of
Crosspoint
Church, Harrisburg, where he was a trustee and involved with Youth Ministries, Mission Trips and Hospitality teams, as well as many other activities. Dan was a gifted softball player for many local teams, most recently for his church and My Gym softball team,
Mechanicsburg
. Dan loved all sports, and was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, Notre Dame and the Baltimore Orioles. Mostly, he was a loving husband, father and son; and was a giving and faithful friend to all who knew him.
Surviving are his beloved wife (and best friend) of almost 15 years, Natalie J. (
Tonini
) Foxwell; his precious children, daughter,
Rylee
and twin sons, Tyler and Conner; his mother and step-father, Connie and John McCafferty, Dayton, PA; aunts, uncles and cousins; and many, many friends, all of whom will miss him dearly.
There will be a viewing at his church, 430 Colonial Road, Harrisburg, on Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm and from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A Celebration of his life will be held 12:00 pm Saturday, September 28, 2013, also at his church, with Pastors Dave

officiating. Friends will be received from 11:00 am until noon.
